What is this activity about?		This analysis technique helps to ensure that information on customer needs has been gathered from the perspective of real customer behavior. The analysis data is comprehensive and checked for objectivity.

How does it work?		We run profound non-directive interviews with typical representatives of the customer's target groups. Interviews take into account the customer's habits and preferences in using products or services in specific contexts of use. The analysis provides reasonable assurance of objectivity to avoid misunderstandings and contradictions.

What is the result?		Conditions of using products or services are described in terms of narrative context scenarios. For instance, the prerequisites of product use, typical activities in a specific context, constraints and obstacles, exceptional activities, a vision to overcome problems with the current situation.
