Our service   Professionals learn how to test a product cost-effectively according to the German Standard Usability Test (see DATech test procedures). Though the focus is on testing, a subsequent evaluation of the test results is aimed at providing recommendations for quality improvement. Also, shortcomings in the methodology of a project can be quickly detected from the underlying process that caused the defects of the product.

They learn how to identify serious usability problems and how to tackle them by design improvements. As usability assessors they are able to test products for conformity with ISO 9241 part 10 and 11.
