Our service   Representatives of each target user group are described in terms of context scenarios. A context scenario illustrates the way, how a user wants to utilize a product and what typically happens in the context of product usage. A context scenario can be acquired from a user during an interview that takes about 90 minutes. The form of the context scenario is standardized in order to capture all relevant information in a reproducible way. A context scenario tells us what a user is really doing under day-to-day conditions, thus providing a valid situational context description before user requirements are being specified.
Your benefits   You will obtain a valid specification of the conditions of use, which is imperative to know before designing a product or service. With this knowledge the risk can be minimized that a product or service will not fit well within the context of a user. An objective representation of a product's context of use is the second mandatory step when specifying valid user requirements.
