Conclusions for their design are based on context data, the objectivity of which is assured through a proven method. ProContext is continuously improving the application of the method in close cooperation with a research institute and with DATech accredited test laboratories. Meanwhile, the Context Scenario Method has been successfully applied in various projects worldwide.

• Test and evaluation procedures for interactive productsMany years of experience in testing and evaluating interactive products have been gathered by DATech accredited test laboratories. ProContext services are based on this expertise. Today, the context analysis methods are also applied in various fields of quality assurance, for instance, re-engineering of business processes, validation of solution proposals and products, and rollout of products in their context of use.

• Approved guidelines for information design, user guidance, menu design and screen form designProContext provides conceptual design as a service that is supported by methods and tools, the application of which is accompanied by comprehensive guidelines for interaction design. Senior consultants of ProContext fundamentally contributed to the research that finally provided the design principles, which meanwhile enjoy international confidence.
